Zomato Row: Beauty Influencer Hitesha Who Claimed Delivery Valet Assaulted Her Booked By Bengaluru Police; Who Is Hitesha? Know All About Her
Bengaluru based Beauty influencer, Hitesha Chandranee, who accused a delivery boy of attacking her, is booked by Bengaluru Police. ANI reported that an FIR was filed against Hitesha at Bengaluru’s Electronic City Police Station. As per the report, the beauty influencer is booked under the charges of assault, insult, criminal intimidation. The report stated that the FIR was registered after a complaint from the delivery partner. Earlier, Hitesha a resident of Bengaluru had filed a complaint against the delivery boy for attacking her. It was reported that the delivery boy was arrested after Hitesha's complaint.

The tweet made by the news agency on Twitter, read, "Karnataka: FIR filed against Hitesha Chandrani, who had accused Zomato delivery boy Kamaraj of attacking her, at Bengaluru's Electronic City Police Station under Section 355 (assault), 504 (insult) & 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC; FIR registered on Kamaraj's complaint."

Speaking of Hitesha Chandranee, she is a beauty and fashion influencer on Instagram. Hitesha is a makeup artist by profession. She has a total of 106K followers on her Instagram account. For the unversed, HItesha made headlines when a viral video of her complaining about a Zomato delivery partner hit her during an argument on late delivery. On March 10, Hitesha uploaded a video on her social media, sharing her ordeal. She mentioned every detail about the incident, while she bled from the nose.

Later, when the delivery partner shared his side of the story, he mentioned that Hitesha took the food and refused to pay. He added that after pleading, she threw a slipper at him. The delivery boy mentioned that the wound on her nose was cut by her own ring and he did not attack her. Zomato also released an official statement that the matter will be investigated by the police, until then, they will handle the legal expenses of the delivery partner and Hitesha’s hospital bills too. Now, the recent twist in the case comes with the FIR registered against Hitesha Chandranee by the Bengaluru Police.
